An interesting niche had emerged in the burgeoning U.S. jewelry industry as the demand from consumers was outpacing the ability of jewelry companies to keep up. There were thousands of jewelry companies all vying for the same key people.

Two problems which opened the niche for ESP's entry (1) key employed people didn't want to get caught looking and (2) jewelry companies did not want their own employees nor competing companies to learn of their outside searches. Hence ESP's "silent partner" service was formed in Providence, RI (the original Jewelry Capital of the World), with a trademark of Confidentiality, for both companies and candidates alike.

In the beginning our recruiting efforts were mostly based in the Providence area, then as the industry changed, we began to expand throughout the United States and as the industry went "global" we were ready.  To date we have done business internationally with companies and candidates in the following countries: Thailand, Zimbabwe, Peru, Korea, England,          Canada, Japan, and China.
