A: We do take seriously the issue of safe guarding your privacy.  Executive's Silent Partner will not sell your personal information such as address, email address, or phone number to any third parties. The information you provide will only be used to respond to your inquiries and answer your questions, to provide you with requested information, and to conduct activities in connection with the management of our search or other services. We may share Personal Information with our Clients as necessary or appropriate to provide them with requested services.

Q: Is the ESP Global office available for a confidential interview setting?

A: Yes we offer our private conference room to our client companies and candidates for interviewing purposes.

Q: Do we need a written contract to employ your services?

A: All searches are performed on a best efforts, handshake / oral agreement, without the need of a formal written contract. Fees for searches are paid by client companies and there is no charge to candidates.
